Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on following directions, is experienced with a variety of tools and platforms, and can be an integral part of our remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and data entry.

  • Support the team with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.

  • Manage and organize digital files and documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Use tools like Canva (or similar platforms) to create visually appealing graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Perform research and prepare reports or summaries as needed.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
