NVIDIA is looking for an ASIC Design Engineer to join our Memory Subsystem Team!
As an ASIC Design engineer at NVIDIA, you'll join a group of dedicated engineers to design and implement innovative coherent fabrics, ordering controllers, and accelerators for our Tegra SoCs. In this position, you'll make a significant impact in a dynamic, technology-driven company. Your work will influence product lines ranging from consumer graphics to self-driving cars and artificial intelligence. Collaborate with architects, software engineers, and circuit designers as part of our Memory Subsystem Design team to deliver world-class solutions. This includes working on NVIDIA SOC Interconnects, ordering controllers, and accelerators, which are among the industry's most sophisticated due to their complex area, latency, power, bandwidth, and quality-of-service requirements.
Take responsibility for micro-architecture and design, including RTL design, synthesis, functional verification, and timing analysis using innovative CAD tools and the latest process technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) are a plus.
Relevant experience in high-speed coherent interconnects, protocol bridges, hardware-managed coherency, and system-level caches.
Experience with multiple clock domains and asynchronous interfaces is advantageous.
Knowledge of industry specifications such as CHI, AXI, CXL, PCIe is beneficial.
Understanding of DRAM controllers is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of Verilog or VHDL.
Familiarity with board and system-level issues.
Programming skills in C and/or PERL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

The base salary range is $108,000 - $212,750 USD. Your salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the compensation of similar roles within the company.
