We’re hiring a High Ticket B2B Sales Rockstar!!! Could it be you?

Must have high ticket B2B sales experience and be local to Greater Indianapolis Area.

We need a hungry B2B sales superstar that will be selling our services to business owners with business of $1MM in revenue or more. We are looking for someone who has experience getting to the decision maker to add to our amazing team, because simply, there is not enough of us to go around! We have big goals and expect exponential growth in the coming years.

This role has two primary responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation to find pre-qualified prospects (60% of time) – you are outgoing and love meeting new people in person and on the phone. You have a great existing network in the greater Indy area to draw upon to find business owner clients.
  • Sales Closer to convert leads to clients (40% of time). You love the game of sales and winning to convert pre-qualified prospects into clients.

You are perfect for this opportunity if:

  • You have an existing database of 50+ business owners you will engage as leads
  • Proven track record of high ticket B2B sales (at least 7 years sales experience in B2B industries)
  • Mastery level of all Microsoft products
  • Must be comfortable making cold calls and other phone conversations
  • Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a prospect and be able to address their needs
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
  • Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry heavy products

The Details:

  • 40 hours/wk this is a work from home position but must be located in the north greater Indianapolis area to attend in-person events
  • $50,000 + bonus potential up to $100,000+
