Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and driven Brand & Sales Development Coordinator to grow our retail footprint, support marketing campaigns, and build lasting relationships with partners across Montreal. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic food startup and help shape its public face and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Distribution & Partnership Development
· Establish and maintain relationships with grocery stores, convenience shops, and retail partners
· Identify retail tie-ins and manage kiosk placements to boost brand visibility
· Coordinate sales materials and product logistics with retail managers
2. Brand Marketing & Campaign Coordination
· Assist in executing marketing campaigns, pop-ups, and on-site promotions
· Liaise with creative and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment
· Conduct market research to inform retail strategies and activations
3. Sales Support & Customer Engagement
· Represent the brand at vendor meetings, food fairs, and retail activations
· Ensure product displays are visually appealing and on-brand
· Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement
4. Startup Mindset & Collaboration
· Wear multiple hats: sales, outreach, coordination, brand storytelling
· Contribute ideas to improve outreach, workflows, and visibility
· Support the Marketing Manager with special projects and community initiatives
Qualifications
1. 2+ years experience in marketing, sales, and brand coordination (food industry a plus)
2. Bilingual (French and English) required
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Enthusiasm for Asian food and local community engagement
