Job Description

About the Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing client cases, ensuring eligibility, and handling various administrative tasks. You will work with CMS portals to process and track data, ensuring everything is properly documented and filed. This role requires attention to detail and a high level of customer service, in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Your duties will include:

Handling inquiries from clients via email, addressing questions, concerns, and providing status updates on reports and requests for information
Using systems and databases to input and retrieve client data
Pulling and uploading medical records from external sites into the internal database
Reviewing medical records to ensure they are complete and accurate
Assigning medical records to reviewers for further analysis related to treatment or diagnosis, aiding in the approval or denial of insurance claims
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills & Qualifications:

Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working with medical records
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
