Site Superintendent – Civil & Earthwork Projects

Are you an experienced Site Superintendent with a background in civil construction and earthwork ? Join a leading sitework contractor specializing in grading, excavation, and utility installations. We are looking for a driven professional to oversee civil and earthwork projects across multiple counties in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage on-site operations for grading, excavation, and utility installation projects.
✅ Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
✅ Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards .
✅ Conduct site inspections, enforce best practices, and implement corrective actions as needed.
✅ Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
✅ Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and scheduling .
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ 5+ years of experience in civil construction, earthwork, or site development .
✔ Strong understanding of grading, excavation, stormwater systems, and utility installations .
✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors .
✔ Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and technical specifications .
✔ Knowledge of construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Office is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety.
