COPIER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are currently seeking a COPIER SERVICE TECHNICIAN to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and support. We are looking for an individual who is not only mechanically inclined but also dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently.
• Perform initial evaluation and repair of Kyocera office equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve copier and imaging equipment issues with precision and attention to detail .
• Install, configure, and train clients on new or reconditioned office equipment.
• Recondition office equipment to meet quality standards.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including inventory management and equipment setup.
• Deliver supplies and support field service needs when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Customer service mindset – ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships.
• Mechanically inclined – experience working with electronics, printers, copiers, or similar equipment (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail .
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Ability to pass a Federal Criminal Background Check (required).
• 1 year of copier service experience (preferred but not required).
• Willingness to learn and undergo technical training as needed.
