Summary

• Are you passionate about crafting compelling copy that helps customers discover premium products they'll love? Do you want to be at the forefront of AI-driven content creation? The Shopping team is seeking a creative and analytical copywriter to help customers explore and upgrade their shopping experiences while helping shape the future of AI-assisted content creation.
• In this role, you'll craft persuasive marketing copy that encourages customers to discover premium alternatives to their regular purchases, while also developing and optimizing content guidelines for our Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a unique opportunity to combine traditional copywriting skills with emerging AI technology to scale our personalized marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing copy for personalized product recommendations and trade-up opportunities
• Develop and optimize content guidelines for LLMs to ensure consistent, high-quality automated content
• Write and review product titles and descriptions across various consumables categories
• Collaborate with ML engineers to improve automated content generation
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize messaging effectiveness
• Partner with brands and internal teams to understand product differentiation and value propositions
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve copy performance
• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI-assisted content creation

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional copywriting experience
• Proven track record of writing conversion-focused marketing copy
• Experience with data-driven content optimization
• Must provide portfolio demonstrating variety in writing styles and campaign work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce or retail copywriting
• Familiarity with AI/ML content tools or natural language processing
• Background in premium or luxury brand marketing
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience in developing style guides or content guidelines
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
