Data Entry Clerk Remote
Potential to earn $18/hr after training

Friday - Tuesday (8hr shift will be assigned after training)
About the Transaction Processing Associate role: As part of the Transaction Processing team, you will handle data entry tasks, organize and manage data, and coordinate tasks based on established procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing information.
Requirements We're looking for individuals with strong data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
•Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
•1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment.
•Possess analytical skills and the ability to perform data analysis.
•Proactive self-starter who takes initiative.
•Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
•Proficient with computers and technology.
•Mandatory training program lasting 2 months, 2 weeks in each task (paid)
•Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or higher education degree.
•Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
•Eligibility to pass a background check, potentially including employment and education verification.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
•Ability to communicate effectively through virtual platforms (e.g., email, video calls, and chat).
•Strong self-discipline and the ability to stay focused while working independently.
•Experience with remote work tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
•Availability to attend virtual meetings during designated work hours.
•Weekend availability required, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibility Statements •Sign in and check emails to ensure there are no pending tasks assigned by the supervisor before starting the shift.
•Log in to the designated website and begin typing.
•Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before inputting it into the system.
•Organize and sort source documents for data entry.
•Perform regular quality checks to ensure data is error-free and matches original records.
•Update and maintain databases or spreadsheets with current information as required.
•Regularly monitor chats in "Teams" to stay updated on task assignments and accommodate any changes as needed.
•Generate and share reports based on entered data when requested by the supervisor.
•Ensure all data entry tasks are completed within established deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
•Follow confidentiality and data security guidelines at all times.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 an hour.
