Job Details
We are seeking an Attorney with 7+ years of commercial litigation or insurance defense experience. In-office position with hybrid flexibility!
Qualifications:
Experience handling all aspects of pre-trial caseload, including taking depositions, preparing and answering discovery, preparing/answering and arguing motions, preparing trial documents, and related work
An established book of business with portable client base
Knowledge of Pennsylvania state and federal court rules, court practices, and civil filing procedures
J.D. from an accredited law school
7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in defense litigation (primarily)
Pennsylvania bar admission required; New Jersey and/or Florida bar admission a plus.
