Job Description

Specialty Restaurants is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across paid media, web, SEO, and more.

We’re searching for a driven digital expert who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, innovate on strategy, and help us grow traffic, visibility, and revenue across all platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid digital media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and more.
  • Manage and enhance website content and campaign landing pages , ensuring a consistent brand voice, engaging user experience, and SEO best practices.
  • Oversee location data accuracy across all digital channels, including Google Business Profiles, Yelp, brand websites, and third-party listings.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews , surfacing key insights and collaborating with internal teams to address recurring feedback.
  • Lead digital execution for seasonal promotions and local campaigns , brainstorming and implementing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Support the launch and optimization of new restaurant location pages and digital listings , ensuring they align with brand standards and go live on schedule.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to analyze digital performance , report on KPIs, and identify areas for improvement across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across platforms and tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, analytics, ad platforms, etc.).
  • Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy , working to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Stay nimble and proactive in supporting digital projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media (Google Ads, Meta), SEO/SEM, and web content management.
  • Proven success managing performance-driven ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite , and CMS platforms.
  • Experience maintaining and optimizing websites and campaign pages for UX, SEO, and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with local listings management and third-party platforms (Google Business Profiles, Yelp, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and action.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, project coordination, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • A proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and shifting priorities.
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location brand marketing is a plus.
