Job Summary The Distribution Center Manager will ensure that all activities within the Distribution Center are carried out efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do - Oversees the daily workflow of the distribution team including receiving, storing, and shipping staff.
- Interviews and hires warehouse employees and supervisors.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedule and organize staff to ensure proper staffing.
- Responsible for supervising employee productivity and performance.
- Holding employees accountable to company policy and production standards.
- Assisting in the timely and accurate communication of job schedules to DC Installers.
- Responding to technical inquiries.
- Maintains facility, equipment and trucks within the Distribution Center and schedules necessary maintenance.
- Managing & ordering Inventory.
- Product quality control.
- Manage weekly, monthly and yearly budgets and ensures the center operates within those budgetary guidelines.
- Monitoring and maintain DC weekly, monthly and yearly P & L Statement.
- Hiring and onboarding of permanent and temporaru staff.
- Communicates corporate initiatives and projects to staff
- Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Need - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
