We’re looking for an Entry-Level Client Services Representative who is eager to learn, passionate about helping people, and excited to be part of a supportive remote team. No prior experience? What You'll Do:
Connect with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with insurance information, policy updates, and general inquiries
Provide top-notch customer service with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Comfortable using basic technology and communication tools
Ability to stay organized and manage your time independently
High level of reliability and professionalism
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
