HB NEXT ( is looking for a full-time, leader, with experience in equipment operation. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will take the initiative, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and has sound judgement.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with customers and coworkers.

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.

Responsibilities: 

• Valid and Clean driver license - No accidents or DUIs within the last 3 years
• Ability to perform equipment inspection and basic maintenance
• Be able to move at a consistent, safe and fast pace while ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment
• Effectively communicate with managers with little or no supervision
• Maintain proper coordination and cooperation with customs and coworkers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Equipment operator experience - Bobcat, Loader, Excavator, Trencher, etc.
• Ability to load trucks and material
• Working knowledge of equipment safety procedures

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds
• Comfortable working outside and working with your hands
• Comfortable working M-F starting @ 6am
• Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
