Job Description Location : Norfolk VA Duration: 2/26/25 - 8/26/25 Schedule: Full time , Monday - Friday, 8a-5p Call: Every third week to cover Weeknight 5p-8a for clinic patients, Friday 5p-Mon 8a (optional) Patient volume: Has been 15-22 in the past but is TBD for now. Scope: General adult-only Primary Care. Majority if not all will be geriatrics. Complex care, IDT participation, Home and SNF visits (possibly if needed, unlikely) EMR: Epic Hospital: Level III trauma Group/support: Full subspecialty support Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active VA license, clean background, and COVID vaccination. -Charting must be completed at the end of each day Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days, temps can possibly be issued due to it being outpatient only
