Forklift Service Technician
Akron, Ohio

Schedule: Monday
-Friday
Hours: 6/7AM
- 3/4PM

Our client is looking for forklift service technicians to repair forklifts & other industrial equipment for local customers in Akron, Ohio. Job responsibilities include:

- Repair industrial batteries & chargers

- Repair forklifts

- Troubleshooting & routine maintenance

- Communicate with customers about their equipment by explaining the condition of the unit, problems found, and necessary repairs

- Provide the best possible service, maintenance, diagnosis and repair on customer and company equipment

:

- Travel to and work at customer facilities, interacting and communicating with customers to keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently

- Battery maintenance and basic electronic repairs experience

- Ability to work in a variety of awkward positions while repairing forklifts and any other job related machinery

- Manual dexterity and strength to handle parts, tools, and equipment

- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

- Technical experience in repairs of electric, gas and LP forklifts is a MUST

- Must have their own tools and a good driving record
