Full-Time Nanny for Infant in Spring Lake, NJ- $70,000 per year

Compensation: $70,000 per year
Start Date : Mid-January 2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes)
Guaranteed hours every week- 45 Hours Per Week
Benefits: Major holidays off, 2 weeks paid vacation, sick days, and personal days

Overview:
A professional family in New Jersey is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and highly flexible Full-Time Nanny for their 2-month-old baby girl. Both parents have demanding careers, Ideal candidate will play an essential role in supporting their household and providing exceptional care for their baby.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for a 2-month-old, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the baby.
• Manage the baby’s daily routine, including naps and playtime.
• Accompany the baby on outings (e.g., pediatric appointments, walks) as needed.
• Adapt to schedule changes, staying later or starting earlier when required.
• Collaborate with the parents to ensure seamless communication and care.
• Light housekeeping related to the baby (e.g., sterilizing bottles, organizing baby items, tidying play areas).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience caring for infants, preferably in a professional capacity.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
• Valid driver’s license and comfort with driving the baby when necessary.
• A flexible and dependable approach to managing shifts in schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, caring demeanor.
• U.S. work authorization.
• 3-5 professional references
