As a Construction Laborer/Helper , you will assist with essential construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and job site organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field while working on meaningful projects.

• Perform site clean-up, including sweeping, shoveling, and debris removal.
• Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment (up to 80 lbs).
• Assist with trench digging and material hauling.
• Spread and level dirt, sand, and aggregates.
• Perform demolition work and assist with minor installations.
• Support painting, drywall, and ceiling material installations.
• Work in outdoor environments with varying temperatures.
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, including setting up cones and securing materials.
• Assist in directing traffic near work zones.

• Experience working in outdoor environments, including extreme heat and cold.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
