Generator Field Service Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $52,000-62,400k (depending on experience)

Summary:
ExecuSource is seeking a Generator Field Service Technician, where your expertise in diesel and natural gas generators will keep critical power systems running smoothly. You'll travel to diverse customer sites, using your diagnostic skills to identify and fix issues swiftly, ensuring reliable power for clients. Beyond technical work, you'll be a key point of contact, blending mechanical know-how with excellent customer care. What you get to do:

• Diagnoses and troubleshoots ATS, generator controls, and excitation systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on power generation units (diesel/natural gas) and ATS.
• Communicate with sales, operations, and customers on service contracts, pricing, and policies.
• Address inquiries on new contracts and revisions.
• Submit and complete quotes for customer needs accurately.
• Follow safety practices and company policies, promoting integrity and teamwork.
• Report policy or procedural violations.
• Interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

What you need to succeed:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3+ years in power generation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Clean driving record (no felonies, under 3 moving violations).
• Pass background check and drug screening.
