Main Duties:

• Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Onboarding: Coordinate new employee onboarding
• Retention & Motivation: Support employee retention and incentive programs
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer reputation
• Policy Management: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook
• Training & Development: Identify and coordinate employee training
• Performance Management: Lead annual performance reviews

What skills do you need?

• A Level 6 certification in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years HR experience
• Maltese Employment Law Certification & strong employment Knowledge
• HRMS & MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both Maltese and English
• Strong project management and effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
