Professional Leasing and Sales Consultant

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time results-focused, highly driven and enthusiastic Leasing and Sales Consultant. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not necessary. People with experience in customer service, financial services, mortgage industry, and restaurant experience have proven to be very successful when switching their career to automotive! As a Leasing and Sales Consultant, you will sell new and used inventory while achieving dealership standards and appropriate levels of gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, exude enthusiasm, and a want to learn. Individuals with high energy, a positive attitude, an outgoing personality with a desire to be customer-centric, strong verbal communication skills, and a constant desire to learn will succeed at Price LeBlanc Nissan!

TRAINING

We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful! You will be taught the necessary product knowledge, sales processes, proper ways to communicate with customers, goal setting, and other skills that you will need to be successful. Your guarantee starts on Day 1 so you will be paid during this training time!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month

  • Process paperwork and perform sales processes in accordance with dealership policies

  • Perform test drives with all prospects

  • Utilize dealership follow-up systems and maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business in alignment with customer satisfaction

  • Attend product and sales training courses and keep up-to-date on products and services

  • Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales

  • Prepare vehicles for delivery before customer arrival

  • Attend regular sales meetings

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times

  • Exude strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all job duties

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional matter

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable).
  • Must maintain a clean, acceptable, and safe driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a social media check, a drug screen & physical, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language.
