Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or Audiologist

As part of a growing organization with 155+ clinics across the U.S. and Canada, we are expanding and seeking a dedicated professional to manage and lead our clinic/patient care practice at our well established El Dorado clinic. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by counseling and educating individuals on hearing

health.

• Administer hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.

• Recommend and fit the best hearing aid solutions based on patient assessments.

• Educate patients on the benefits of hearing aids and technology to improve their quality of

life.

• Provide follow-up care, ensuring patients are satisfied and well-adjusted to their hearing aids.

• Promote lead generation through networking and community outreach to grow the clinic's

presence.

• Ensure compliance with all Beltone policies, procedures, and pricing programs.

Qualifications:

• Superior commitment to patient care and customer service.

• Comfortable with the sales process and a proven track record of success in hearing aid sales.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with sound decision-making and judgment skills.

• High integrity, honesty, and respect for both patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (preferred).

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Pay:

• The base salary starts at $75,000, with additional commission bonuses. Total compensation, depending on experience, could exceed $100,000.

Location:

• El Dorado, AR 71730 (Relocation required before starting work).
