Job Details

Currently we are looking for attorneys with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the areas we practice to become part of our collaborative team. There are great opportunities for development and advancement within the firm with pathways to leadership for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• strong writing, communication, analytic, and creative thinking skills
• experience managing an individual caseload defending cases from inception through trial (Trial experience is a plus, but not required)
• experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
• experience taking and defending depositions of party and non-party witnesses
• experience drafting and arguing discovery and dispositive motions
