Medical Spa Manager – Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

We are a dynamic and growing medical spa with 3 locations dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic and wellness services. Our team is young and driven, and we are looking for a proactive, energetic, and results-oriented Medical Spa Manager to lead the team and drive business growth. You will have a high degree of independence in the practice that you will be responsible for.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Proactively recommend and educate clients on treatments that align with their beauty and wellness goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving client conversions, memberships, and treatment plans.

Team Leadership & Atmosphere Management

  • Oversee a team of four, fostering a positive, motivated, and high-performing work environment.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach, providing coaching and support to team members.
  • Ensure all staff provide top-tier patient service and adhere to protocols.

Administrative & Operational Management

  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day spa operations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with our policies, industry regulations, and health standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing efforts to drive client acquisition and retention.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a medical aesthetics or wellness industry
Exceptional sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
✔ A strong leader who can foster a collaborative and engaging team culture
Highly organized , proactive, and capable of handling both administrative and client-facing responsibilities
Energetic and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking systems and CRM tools
