MIAMI / THE CARIBBEAN / THE WORLD (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - HNW, but low-profile, family is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN TRAVEL NANNY for their 6-week-old son. The perfect candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish(bonus, not required), is well-traveled, has worked with HNW families, and is comfortable with a multicultural family.
The schedule is mostly Monday - Friday, however, the family needs a candidate who can be flexible for significant travel, nights, and weekends. The family splits their time between New Jersey, Miami, Mexico, Pennsylvania, the Caribbean, and beyond!
Candidates should be comfortable driving the child as needed. The family will provide a vehicle at each location. The nanny will have private accommodations at each location as well. The family has a fully-staffed household, so candidates need to be great communicators and team players.
The parents are hands-on and involved in this role and would love a candidate who has the ability to be proactive and immerse their child in local cultures as they travel. Mom is Mexican and has family in Mexico they visit often. The family is also Jewish and follows Kosher practices in certain residences. Candidates should be comfortable learning food practices as they relate to the role.
The family currently has an NCS for nights, and is seeking a long-term nanny to grow with their precious family! 2 cats travel with the family, so candidates should be pet-friendly and have no pet-related allergies. The family needs a candidate who is free and flexible to travel regularly and does not have the ability to bring additional pets or family members with them.
The right fit will be a candidate who can blend in when needed and understands how to read the room. Flexibility with schedule, travel, and responsibilities is a must. The ability to swim with the child as they grow is crucial.
Start date is mid-October. Candidates should be fully vaccinated including Covid + Flu. Candidates should be comfortable signing an NDA upon hire. The family provides full benefits for this role including PTO + Medical + Dental. Pay is $150-200K+/year gross annually based on experience.
