Salary: $17.50 - $19.71
The Therapeutic Solution is seeking qualified candidates for Supervise Visits Monitoring. To supervise the visits between a child/children and non-custodial party as ordered by Family Court or Child Protective Services. Accurately document all visits, while maintaining daily documentation for tracking. Be able to effectively communicate with families, communicate family needs and concerns to other staff so limits are consistent. Possess a high level of work ethics with handling confidential client information, appropriately set professional boundaries and follow safety plans for survivors involving confidential information. Participate in staff meetings and training as scheduled. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Some Responsibilities Included are; however are not limited to:
*Supervise visits between a child/children and non-custodial party as ordered by Family Court or Child Protective Services.
*Document visitation observation notes and chart in accordance with the agency policy and Nevada NRS Chapter 125A. In addition notes must be clear and concise.
*Must make every reasonable effort to assure the safety and welfare of the child/children and adults during the visitation.
*Responsible for reporting child abuse/endangerment according to the law.
*Identify crisis situations and act according to agency crisis intervention policies.
*Communicate any concerns needed, program ideas with the Program Lead in a clear, concise and timely manner.
*Attend and actively participate in mandatory weekly staff meetings and training.
*Adherence related to policies of HIPPA, Confidentiality, Information Sharing and appropriate use of agency client databases.
*Responsible for passing a full background check and fingerprinting check while meeting all eligibility requirements.
*Responsible for paying and passing the TB test, must provide results.
*Must be CPR/ First Aid Certified.
