These developers will work mostly on Oracle-based work as the company is in the process of migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle as their human capital management (HCM) system. The team is in need of an experienced PeopleSoft developer, specifically PeopleSoft developers with experience in the Payroll Module. Additionally, someone who has worked on HCM migrations in the past, particularly to Oracle, would be a major plus. They are looking for people with 5+ years of experience that are highly technical, however, know how to relate functional descriptions to technical terms. For example, they need to understand how specific application interfaces look to end users and how to translate that to technical terms.
