What We Offer * Hourly Pay: Earn $21-$25/hour for all shifts worked. * Bonuses:

Positive Review Incentive: $25 for each 5-star customer review.

Responsibilities

Step in as needed to provide mosquito, tick and pest control services.
Work independently to complete routes efficiently and effectively.
Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records
Keep equipment and vehicles in good condition.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to carry a 65-pound backpack blower over various terrains up to 20-30 times daily.
Ability to pass Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator certification:
Required: 5.0 Aquatics & Mosquito and 3.0 Turf & Landscape
Bonus: 7.1 Structural (not required but a plus).
