What we offer

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $21-$25/hour
• Performance pay: earn up to an additional $50/week.
• Additional Compensation: Earn $25 for each positive review and $50 for every new season-long customer you sign up.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Outdoor Work: Enjoy working outdoors from mid-April through mid-October while making a difference for your customers.
• Certification Support: Obtain state certifications with our extensive training and support. [5.0 Mosquito & Aquatics. 3.0 Turf & Landscape. 7.1 Structural.]
• Customer Interaction: Build relationships and provide excellent service that earns glowing reviews.
• Independent Work: Operate independently with structured systems, while being part of a supportive team.
• Maintenance: Perform routine equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Safety Consciousness: Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• Documentation: Accurately record data and feedback to maintain quality service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Carry a 65-pound backpack blower over various terrains up to 25 times daily.
• Ability to pass Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator certification:
• Required: 5.0 Aquatics & Mosquito and 3.0 Turf & Landscape
• Bonus: 7.1 Structural (not required but a plus).
