Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to implement high-quality therapy services in alignment with state regulations and company guidelines. The client will pay for the relocation and sign-on bonus . The ideal candidate will develop treatment plans, supervise assistants, manage cases, and ensure exceptional patient care while fostering positive relationships with the facility team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in compliance with state Practice Act regulations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants to ensure effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, completing all required paperwork promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, physicians, and third-party payers.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist education program.
• Active state licensure or registration (or about to sit for examination)
• Current CPR certification compliant with state regulations.
• Experience in an Outpatient setting (preferred)
