  • Create and maintain product documentation to drive user adoption, enhance troubleshooting, and ensure internal teams and subscribers have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance testing, troubleshoot product issues by reproducing errors, and effectively report malfunctions with detailed analysis and testing scenarios.
  • Facilitate onboarding by educating end users and internal teams on product features, while supporting the subscriber support team in addressing product-related questions and resolving reported issues.

  • 2-3 years of experience in the role of B2B Software Product Manager, actively contributing to feature sets within a product team of 5 to 10 members.
  • Worked effectively with hybrid teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proven track record of delivering and tracking features for web & mobile apps for both external and internal users.
  • Ability to see all tasks through to completion, consistently, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A growth mindset driven by curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
  • Empathy for users and team members, fostering thoughtful communication and problem resolution.
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems in a highly distributed environment.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:
