Job Description

The Production Scheduler/Data Merchandising Coordinator will maintain and review production schedules to ensure smooth operations and timely completion, while also ensuring accurate data in the ERP system and supporting merchandising tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily assessment and planning of work center capacity to ensure alignment with production requirements and schedules.
• Daily use of ERP modules to assess production needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Maintain and review production schedules targeting customer promise delivery dates.
• Communicate with various departments on any potential production issues or needs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in production scheduling, data merchandising, or a related role.
• Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate data in production environments.
• Experience in inventory management, product development, or merchandising is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
