We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Construction/Contractor industry based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This role encompasses a variety of front-office duties and administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage front office operations and provide administrative support
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and conferences
• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy
• Maintain an organized file system
• Engage with diverse groups of external callers and visitors as well as internal team members
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle email correspondence
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various tasks
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
• Manage and reconcile various administrative details
• Proficiency in handling a multi-line phone system.• Entry-level role, no prior experience required
• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Excellent email correspondence skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Organizational skills, particularly in file management
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
