The intern will work under immediate supervision and will perform requested tasks alongside professionals who perform these roles. Generally, this position is part of a program with an assigned mentor. As a Zurich Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain career-building experience with an industry-leading global insurance company. Business Continuity Intern responsibilities would include: + Business Continuity project for customers + Assist with Business Continuity proposals + Ad hoc projects including research and trends to support growth, marketing and prospecting Basic Qualifications: + Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program and will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall 2025 Semester + Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the administrative area + Be legally eligible to work in the U.S. indefinitely Preferred Qualifications: + Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer focused environment + Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills + Self-motivated, punctual, professional, and able to work independently + Interest in Business Continuity and/or Property Risk Engineering Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
