Bellisio Foods is seeking an experienced Business to Business (B2B) Sales Manager to join our team in Bentonville, AR.

Bellisio markets these products under its Michelina’s and Authentic Asia brands, as well as under licensed brands Boston Market and Atkins.

The company also co-manufactures private label, retail and food service products. Bellisio Foods, Inc. is a subsidiary of Charoen Pokphand Foods, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

About the Position

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing our business with key clients, including Wal Mart and Sam’s Club. In addition, the selected candidate will also work with our co-manufacturing partners to develop innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Build a Plan, work a Plan, execute a Plan, Review and Correct a Plan
• Account Management: Retailer Private Label Sales, Co-Manufacturing Leadership, Account Growth
• Customer Communication: Firm Company Stance on pricing and facility capabilities
• Teamwork: Ability to Lead and Take Direction
• Creativity: Ability to think out of the box with innovation

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Account Management experience
• Ability to travel up to three days per week
• Valid driver’s license
• US Passport and ability to travel internationally if needed

Desired Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Programs including MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Experience in utilizing sales analytics
• Strong background of sales knowledge including an understanding of sales funnels, processes, and functions

Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000
