Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location : Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with billing, finance, and client implementation teams to align on business goals and requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams for seamless execution.

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of healthcare billing functionality, including complex logic.
• Tailor documentation for multiple stakeholders, including billing system users, developers, QA teams, and senior management.

Operations & Troubleshooting

• Manage and resolve production issues with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Track urgent issues to closure, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Monitor product progress, from feature implementation to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Project Support & Agile Delivery

• Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap in collaboration with the lead business analyst.
• Analyze user needs, refine business requirements, and ensure alignment with Agile sprint planning.
• Support release and upgrade planning to drive system improvements.

Meetings & Cross-Team Engagement

• Lead and participate in daily support meetings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project goals are met effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience resolving complex billing system challenges.
• Strong understanding of product development architecture, ETL processes, and data analytics.
• Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement scalable solutions.
• =Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.
• Comfortable working across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and shifting business needs.
