Role: Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• Experience :
• 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis, with a focus on process modeling and system transitions.
• Demonstrated experience in Medicaid or healthcare payer systems (required).

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in MS Project, Office 365, and Teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and workflows.
• Soft Skills :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modular IT architectures and systems integration.
• Knowledge of federal and state Medicaid regulations and guidelines.
• Experience working with Agile or other project management methodologies.
