  • Own the full product lifecycle for internal applications, from discovery and requirements gathering to build vs buy evaluations, development, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, user-friendly internal tools that enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Optimize data flows and integrations between systems to ensure seamless operations and reporting.
  • Establish clear success metrics for internal tools, using data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring that internal teams are equipped with the right technology to support business growth and operational excellence.

  • Mentor junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on internal business systems, enterprise tools, or operational platforms
  • Experience working with product catalog, content management, CRM, reservations systems etc, preferably in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows between enterprise applications.
  • Proven track record of improving internal tooling to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience gathering and prioritizing business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translating them into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of process automation, AI-driven analytics, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset for measuring impact and driving continuous improvements.
