Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage Wire EDM machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality.
• Mentor and Train: Develop the skills of junior machinists to excel in their craft.
• Hands-On Troubleshooting: Address and resolve machine, tooling, and fixture challenges to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Wire EDM Expertise: Minimum 10–15 years of Wire EDM machining experience, including setup and programming.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of machinists.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of tool and die, mold making, or Class A machining preferred.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
