About Us: We are a leading metal distributor specializing in Stainless Steel and Aluminum products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Salary: 90k - 115k Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries that could benefit from our stainless steel and aluminum products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
  • Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our stainless steel and aluminum products.
  • Effectively communicate technical specifications and advantages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable business transactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and order status.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the metal distribution industry.
• Knowledge of stainless steel and aluminum products and their applications.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
