Job Description

Our client, a leader in the prepared foods industry, is seeking a Sr Quality Manager to join their team. As a Sr Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall quality initiatives of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Quality Manager

Location: Chandler, TX

Pay Range: $95,000 - $125,000 with a 25% annual bonus based on KPIs

What's the Job?

• Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the quality assurance department.
• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, recommending and facilitating solutions.
• Communicate quality standards and parameters to the QA team and product development team.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
