What We Expect from Our Director:

• Master Our Curriculum: Dive into our fantastic programs designed for young kids.
• Train and Lead: Guide your team to improve business performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Multi-tasking Pro: Juggle creating positive customer experiences, managing staff, scheduling, and being the face of Tumbles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with new customers, educate them about our services, and promote our offerings.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems. Social media skills are a plus!
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work at least two weekends a month is a bonus.

Essential Job Functions:

• Relevant Background: Experience in exercise science, kinesiology, child development, fitness, gymnastics, cheer, sports, daycare, or business management.
• Customer Service: Ability to sell programs and manage customer feedback and expectations.
• Positive Attitude: Bring a friendly, upbeat demeanor – expect lots of high-fives and fist-bumps!
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate dedication and the ability to multi-task.
• Leadership Qualities: Show a willingness to help others and lead by example.
• Clean Background Check: Ensuring a safe environment for our kids.
