Primary Responsibilities: Our Boise Idaho office is seeking a 3D Visualization Intern to perform work as an intern in the visualization group of professionals. Ideal candidates should have a background in 3d visualization. In this intern position you will be responsible for the creation of 3D multi-media to support civil, architectural, and environmental engineering projects. This includes but is not limited to animation, real-time, photo-simulations, and modeling. The position requires effective communications skills working as a team member in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred Qualifications Obtaining a bachelor's degree in visualization, 3d modeling and animation, or an equivalent degree.Experience in Autodesk 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop. Additional experience in After Effects, Unity3d, Unreal, or Blender is considered a plus.Able to interpret and build detailed 3D models from 2D CAD plans, apply procedural textures, and render complex scenes.Experience in CAD platforms such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil3D, or Bentley Microstation considered a plus.Resume, references, and portfolioPreference will be given to local candidates Required Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programAttention to detail a mustMust possess strong problem-solving and communication skillsBasic Microsoft Office skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We BelieveHDR is our company.
