Title: Web Application Developer/Advisor
Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia (2x per week) **If candidate lives further than commutable distance, they must be comfortable coming in on a quarterly basis**
Duration: 6 month contract to hire - FTE is guaranteed based on performance
Compensation : $55/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Required Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Web Application Development- ReactJS on the front end, SQL server in the backend - ASP .net CORE framework ideal
(reactJS and not .net could suffice)
• Experience supporting development projects working with cross functional teams - ideally for a large company
• Experience as a Technical Consultant/ Technical Analyst (advising on projects; turning business needs into technical requirements)
