Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Artisan Pizza Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for stretching, topping, and cooking pizzas in our wood-fired oven, ensuring each pie meets our high standards of quality and flavor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stretch and shape pizza dough to create the perfect base.
• Assemble pizzas with a variety of fresh toppings and ingredients.
• Cook pizzas to perfection in our wood-fired oven, monitoring temperature and timing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pizza making or a related culinary field preferred.
• Knowledge of wood-fired oven operation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Passion for pizza and creativity in topping combinations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
