Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Running and interpreting reports in excel, utilizing advanced Excel skills (VLookup, XLookup, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc) with the ability to identify trends and input into digestible presentations for senior leadership utilizing PowerPoint
Maintaining internal system with correct data; accurately tracking correct costs, assignment type, start dates, and other assignment related data with high level of accuracy
Responsible for issuing and tracking expatriate, transfer, and departure documentation
Review and respond to inquiries from transferring employees, Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Authorizing various vendors (relocation, immigration, tax)
Conducting review and/or generating relocation/assignment cost estimates to confirm accuracy
Answer regional Mobility helpdesk
Review Mobility budget reports
Involvement in ad-hoc regional projects
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
To be successful in performing and developing this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate strength and experience in a majority of the following areas:
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail – an ability to review data, detect and correct errors, take responsibility for data quality and integrity
Advanced Excel skills
Client service focus, responsiveness and a "can-do" open-minded professional attitude
Strong organizational skills, proactive approach
Self-starter, ability to work well independently or in a team environment
Good communication and relationship management skills
Understands the importance of confidentiality
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Good judgment – knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible
Familiar with operating as part of a global team
Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and develop
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the mobility field is a plus
