We specialize in healthcare, life and annuity, and property and casualty risk management. Job Description Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data management? Oliver Wyman is seeking a proactive Data Steward and Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our Salesforce data's accuracy and reliability while gaining hands-on experience in managing Salesforce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Salesforce Platform Manager to implement robust data management strategies and policies. Maintain and cleanse Salesforce data, focusing on: Validating new Accounts and ensuring key fields are populated. Managing account/contact duplication effectively. Organizing reports and dashboards for clarity and accessibility. Develop data quality metrics, regularly monitoring for accuracy and consistency. Assist in Salesforce platform maintenance, including: User management and license oversight. Managing report/dashboard folders and user permissions. Creating and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards. Providing user training and developing training materials. Documenting operational processes related to Salesforce. Create and distribute insightful reports for key stakeholders. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in data management. Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. Experience in data management or governance. Basic knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce is preferred. Experience with Salesforce as a user or administrator is a plus (Trailhead modules or Salesforce Administrator Certification is beneficial). Skills and Attributes: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of manipulating large datasets using advanced features. Familiarity with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively research and compile data from various sources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Initiative to embrace challenges and seek new learning opportunities. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. The base pay offered will be based on various factors including experience and skills.
