We’re looking for a meticulous and detail-driven Proofreader to join our team! This role is crucial in ensuring all labeling and content adhere to corporate, regulatory, and production specifications. If you have an eagle eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want YOU!

What You Need to Succeed:

Education: Associates degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Science, or a related fieldExperience: 2+ years in proofreading, editing, or copywriting – or an equivalent mix of education and experienceSkills: strong Microsoft Office & Adobe skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask

Bonus Points For:

• Medical Device Industry background

• Technical writing experience

• Foreign language skills

• Bachelor’s Degree

salary: $40 - $51 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements

• Compare vendor proofs against approved labeling documents

• Maintain and distribute style guides and editorial resources

• Collaborate with teams to enhance editorial policies and procedures

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines – a fast-paced role for an energetic pro!
