Selections Coordinator

North Canton, OH

Charis Homes Inc is currently seeking a full-time Selections Coordinator to join their team in North Canton, Ohio! This candidate will mainly be a proactive liaison between sales department, vendors and customers while building and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships as a front-line representative of Charis Homes, its owners, employees, products, and services.

• Pay: Starting at $36,000/year + commission, offer dependent on experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift
• In office

The right candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year experience in interior design
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in interior design/design management or related field
• 3-5 years of prior experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required; Must be able to travel occasionally
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc. while responding to inquires or complaints
• Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.

Our Selections Coordinator will:

• Provide customer support throughout the entire selling and construction processes.
• Interface regularly with Sales Manager, CEO, and Production departments to coordinate and clarify all project details and requirements.
• Provide customer guidance in all areas of design, decorating, product selection, and available upgrades throughout the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and current customer product, pricing, selection, and change-order records, and ensure that customer files are kept current at all times.
• Regularly develop and implement creative new product ideas, design strategies, and selections systems.
• Arrange, coordinate, and attend meetings, events and any appointments
• Follow the NSO procedure and complete within the allotted deadlines.
