HAVERFORD, PA (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED): A lovely family in Haverford, PA, is seeking a FULL-TIME, LIVE-OUT nanny to primarily care for their new triplets (B, G, G) and occasionally for their 19-month-old daughter. The nanny will work alternating schedules with the live-in Au Pair, so must be comfortable working and communicating as a team! Both parents have demanding hybrid careers, splitting time between the office and home, so they are looking for a caring, adaptable, and experienced nanny, preferably with experience caring for multiples or triplets.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping into a busy environment and becoming a welcomed family member. You must be able to drive and not have any allergies to cats, as there are two in the home. Newborn Care Specialist and multiples experience is a plus!
Their 19-month-old daughter is a joyful, friendly child who thrives in social settings. She currently attends daycare and will continue to do so. As the triplets' schedule evolves, the nanny will need to be flexible and adaptable to changes in both the children's and the parents' schedules. The right candidate will have a warm and loving personality, embrace the busy household atmosphere, and be ready to support the family.
The work schedule is currently set for Monday through Friday, from approximately 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities include full care for the triplets and caring for the older daughter when she is home. Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep related to the children will also be expected when possible. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the nanny will need to coordinate closely with the parents regarding the children's needs, schedules, and overall expectations.
The family lives in a walkable neighborhood with ample parking, easy access to local parks, and proximity to a regional rail station. A family car will be provided for use during work hours; candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate, if applicable. Travel is not required at this time.
The ideal start date is roughly November 15th. Compensation starts at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience, with gross pay via payroll. Benefits include paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays, which will be agreed upon by all parties.
